At Craft-Hive, every order is made with care. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Processing & Delivery

All orders are handcrafted and usually ready to post within 2–3 working days.

We don’t process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays, so weekend orders start on Monday.

UK delivery: typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Express UK delivery (if available): 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International delivery: times vary — please allow extra time for customs.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout, and from time to time we may offer free standard delivery.

Please note: delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur with postal services, strikes, or customs checks.

Returns & Refunds

Because most of our items are personalised, adapted, or created to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please double-check spellings, names, and order details before completing your purchase.

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@craft-hive.com and we’ll put it right as quickly as possible.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake. Refunds are processed once we’ve received the returned item.
