How long does delivery take?
Orders are handmade within 2–3 working days, then shipped. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, and express options may be quicker.
Do you ship on weekends?
No — we don’t process or post orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekend orders start processing on Monday.
Can I return personalised items?
Because personalised, adapted, or made-to-order items are unique, they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What about non-personalised items?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, but you’ll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
