Do you ship on weekends?
No — we don’t process or post orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekend orders start processing on Monday.
Can I return personalised items?
Because personalised, adapted, or made-to-order items are unique, they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What about non-personalised items?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, but you’ll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
